- Who Am I...
- I am the owner of a small athletics shop in Farmville, VA
- My Story Is...
- I got into fitness back in high school. Then it was basically a way to impress girls, but eventually I found I really loved it. I could run for hours at a time without getting tired, push myself on the free weights almost beyond what I could believe, and I loved it. It was immersive, almost like a religious experience. That's why I never got into sports, I would have been great at it but there was always too much going on. All I wanted to do was train, never preform.
I know this is getting a little long so I will make this short. I started combining transcendental meditation with intense physical exercise just over the past few weeks. The results have been amazing, almost scarily amazing. I am on this site to try and figure out some of what is happening to me

Power
I don't believe in limits. I understand that there are some, very short term limitations to my life, but the way I see it, those all disappear over a long enough time line. Life is about getting better, stronger, wiser, and quicker. Age, is giving in to weakness. My concern is strength.
